Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with over 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity and ability to design visually appealing and effective graphics for web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for websites, mobile apps, social media, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to create engaging visual content that aligns with the company’s branding and goals.
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects.
- Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative design skills.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience with web design and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Ability to take creative direction and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UI/UX design.
- Knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Photoshop and XD.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
