These terms of use (these “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services (the “Services”) made available by Rinologix, a business incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act of 2013, with its corporate headquarters in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and its Affiliates, from within India (collectively with its successors, assigns, subsidiaries, and affiliates).

These Terms, which create a binding contract between you and Rinologix, are accepted by you when you access and use the Services. You are not permitted to access or use the Services if you do not agree to these Terms. The past written or oral agreements with you are expressly superseded by these Terms. Certain Services may be subject to additional terms, which will be communicated to you in connection with those specific Services. Additional terms are in addition to these Terms and will be regarded as a part of them. The extra terms shall take precedence if there is a disagreement between these Terms and them.

Rinologix reserves the right to immediately and without prior warning prevent You from using or accessing the Services, in whole or in part, if Rinologix has a good faith suspicion that:
You have violated or are about to violate these Terms; and/or
You are not eligible to access and use the Services in accordance with relevant law or Rinologix’s standards and regulations, or it is likely that you are not.
Rinologix reserves the right to end these Terms and/or any Services with respect to You, as well as to stop providing or allowing access to the Services generally:
Whenever Rinologix has a good basis to believe:
You have violated these terms materially or are about to do so; or
You are not eligible to access and use the Services in accordance with relevant legislation or Rinologix’s standards and rules, or it is likely that you are not eligible;
Where Rinologix, acting reasonably, terminates these Terms or any Services for any valid business, legal, or regulatory reasons, such termination shall be effective upon thirty (30)days’ prior written notice.
You are free to end these terms at any time by giving Rinologix thirty (30) days’ notice in advance.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
In order to comply with any applicable laws and regulations and for other justifiable business purposes, Rinologix reserves the right to change, modify, or otherwise amend these Terms and any other documents incorporated by reference herein at any time. Rinologix will post the modified Terms at this domain. You are encouraged to routinely examine the Terms of Use as it is your obligation to be aware of any changes. After the Terms of Use are amended, if you use the website www.Rinologix.com (the “Website”), it is assumed that you agree with and accept any new Terms of Use. SERVICES
In accordance with these Terms, Rinologix will offer You the Services. The supply of various services chosen by You and agreed upon by Rinologix through third-party service providers (or “Vendors”) constitutes the Services. You understand that these Vendors, who are not employees of Rinologix or any of its affiliates, will be providing the Services to you. The Vendors’ and Rinologix’s responsibility shall be subject to the terms of a separate agreement made specifically for this purpose.

USE OF THE SERVICES BY YOU
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to utilise the Services. You could be asked to provide personal information throughout the registration process with Rinologix, including your name, organisation name, address, mobile phone number, email address, and age. You commit to giving Rinologix correct, up-to-date, and comprehensive information. Your inability to access or utilise the Services could be the consequence of your failure to supply accurate, whole, and up-to-date information.
Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Services. You are not permitted to permit third parties to utilise the Services through You unless Rinologix has given explicit permission to do so. Without Rinologix’s express written consent, you are not permitted to delegate or otherwise transfer the Services that Rinologix or its Vendors supply to any other organisation, individual, or party.

In accordance with existing law, Rinologix forbids discrimination against its Vendors on the grounds of race, religion, caste, national origin, sex and sexual orientation, handicap, marital status, age, and any other characteristic. This discrimination covers any denial of Services based on one of these qualities, but it’s not limited to that.
Textual, graphical, audio, or video content (collectively referred to as “User Content”) may be submitted, uploaded, published, or otherwise made accessible to Rinologix at any time, in Rinologix’s sole discretion. Any User Content that you submit is still yours. However, by giving Rinologix the User Content, you give Rinologix a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free licence with the right to sublicense to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise make use of the User Content in any manner without further notice or authorization from you.
You declare and guarantee that neither the User Content, nor your submission, uploading, publishing, or other making available of such User Content, nor Rinologix’s use of the User Content as permitted herein will infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party’s intellectual property rights: (a) You are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content; (b) You have all rights, licences, consents, and releases necessary to grant Rinologix the licence to the User Content.
You agree not to submit any User Content that Rinologix, in its sole discretion, deems to be defamatory, gravely harmful, blasphemous, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, related to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, violent, obscene, pornographic, unlawful, or otherwise offensive. This includes content that is protected by law. In its sole discretion, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notification to you, Rinologix may review, monitor, or remove User Content, but it is not obligated to do so.
PAYMENT
You are aware that Rinologix will bill you a fee (the “Fee”) for the services they provide. If Rinologix and you agree, the Fee may be charged all at once or at predetermined intervals. Rinologix may utilise a pre-paid wallet in order to collect the Fee. If Rinologix doesn’t decide otherwise or it’s required by law, the fee you pay is final and non-refundable. The Fee must be paid according to the parameters that you and Rinologix have agreed upon.
LIMITED LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
The Parties’ duties with regard to responsibility and indemnity shall be governed by their mutual agreements and the terms of the contract they particularly negotiated for this purpose.
DISPUTES, GOVERNING LAW
You and Rinologix’s relationship and any business dealings shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts in Ghaziabad, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
OTHER DISPOSITIONS
The clauses pertaining to notice, waiver, assignment, severability, and other terms shall be as stated in the contract we’ve signed with you.
